Inspect tractors and components for compliance with engineering drawings, company standards, and customer requirements, including pre-delivery and final inspections. Document and report defects, support containment and corrective actions, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and help prevent defective products from reaching customers. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of mechanical assembly experience, and a basic understanding of mechanical assemblies and hydraulic systems. Candidates should be able to follow work instructions and inspection standards, use basic measuring tools, document findings with a computer, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
