Job description
The Quality Manager is responsible for supervising food safety, quality assurance, and laboratory functions, acting as a bridge between production and quality departments. This role involves overseeing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing HACCP plans, and promoting ongoing improvement efforts within the facility. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in food science or a comparable discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree paired with 5 years of expertise. Essential certifications include SQF Practitioner, PCQI, and HACCP training.
