Job Summary
The Quality Project Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality standards and requirements are met throughout various projects. This position demands a keen attention to detail and a strong focus on quality assurance processes, facilitating successful project outcomes and compliance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives for projects, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality management plans.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate quality metrics and performance findings.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality best practices and methodologies.
- Assist in the development of documentation and reporting for quality assurance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management or Engineering.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or project management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and quality metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies.
- Certifications in quality or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
