Job description
The Quality & Safety Manager oversees and trains drivers to uphold exceptional safety, service quality, and operational productivity. Key responsibilities include on-the-road supervision, managing incident response procedures, and delivering direct coaching to sustain service excellence. The perfect applicant will have a background in transit oversight or transportation management, along with robust leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety protocols is highly beneficial for this position.
