Job description
The Plant Operator plays a crucial role in managing production machinery and PLC systems, alongside carrying out general labor and maintenance duties within the plant. This position requires adherence to quality assurance protocols and effective communication with shift supervisors in relation to any process discrepancies. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, along with one to two years of experience in manual labor or light mechanical tasks. The job demands physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs or more and the ability to work in an outdoor plant setting.
