Job description
The Head of Revenue Cycle Management will be responsible for creating and expanding comprehensive RCM processes while overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing financial outcomes in multi-specialty practices. This position entails managing relationships with payers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and utilizing data analytics to foster revenue enhancement and operational effectiveness. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare RCM, particularly with expertise in OBL or ASC billing. A bachelor’s degree in a related area is mandatory, and additional professional certifications such as CPC, COC, or CHFP are highly desirable.
