The Quality Supervisor oversees daily quality activities, including inspection, testing, and material disposition at the Lancaster facility. They are responsible for managing quality holds, leading root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with ISO and company quality standards. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in quality methodologies like SPC, Lean, or Six Sigma and experience with ISO 9001 systems are required.
