Job Summary
The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting inspections and tests on components utilizing precise measuring instruments and automated systems such as CMM. This position also involves assisting quality engineering by formulating work instructions and resolving process-related issues to uphold superior production standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and tests on various parts using precision measuring tools.
- Utilize automated equipment, including CMM, to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and refine work instructions to facilitate quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot process issues to sustain high production quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in inspection or machining is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions meticulously.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within teams.
