Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for conducting standard x-ray examinations while prioritizing patient safety and effectively managing radiologic equipment. This position also plays a vital role in enhancing medical center operations by aiding in physical examinations, drug testing, and other clinical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine x-ray examinations with a focus on patient safety.
- Maintain and operate radiologic equipment effectively.
- Assist in physical exams and drug testing procedures.
- Support various clinical activities as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program is essential.
- Must hold active ARRT certification.
- A minimum of six months of experience as a medical assistant is required.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is necessary.
