The Insurance Verification Specialist plays a crucial role in confirming the insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for patients. This position also includes overseeing the pre-registration process and relaying essential information to various internal teams and clinics. Applicants are required to have a minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, along with a High School Diploma or GED. Competency in Microsoft Office is necessary, as is a solid grasp of insurance verification procedures and HIPAA compliance.
