Job Summary
The RCM Supervisor oversees a dedicated team handling various aspects of healthcare revenue cycle management, including patient intake, billing of insurance, collections, and obtaining prior authorizations. This role is crucial in enhancing the team’s effectiveness, ensuring adherence to regulations, and offering guidance to personnel to achieve defined productivity targets.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare infusion setting is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent level of relevant work experience is preferred.
