The R&D Engineer will lead the development and improvement of products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, designs, and prototypes. They will also manage research projects, facilitate testing, and provide technical support to departments such as Manufacturing and Quality Control. Candidates must hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science, with an M.S. preferred, and possess at least 2 years of relevant engineering experience. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Solidworks, and expertise in plastics and materials processing are required.
