Job description
**Job Title: R&D Scientist**
In this role, the R&D Scientist will play a key part in creating innovative additives and formulations specifically for electroplating products within the electronics sector. The position involves leading technical initiatives, conducting laboratory experiments, and working in conjunction with international teams to enhance and scale processes effectively. Applicants should possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering, along with at least 2 years of pertinent experience in the industry. Expertise in wet chemistry techniques and practical laboratory skills is essential.
