Job description
The Senior Chemist plays a crucial role in developing moderately complex automotive coatings, encompassing design, experimentation, and technical research. This position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to foster innovation and guarantee superior product results. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience within coatings or similar chemical products. Additionally, candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience specifically in paint and coatings product development and be willing to work on-site.
