They are also responsible for managing legal documentation and professionally marketing residential and commercial properties. Candidates must be an experienced or licensed real estate agent with a proven track record of successful sales. Applicants are required to have excellent interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
