**Financial Analyst**
The Financial Analyst plays a crucial role as the main financial partner for the development of affordable housing. This position involves overseeing project budgets, preparing cash-flow forecasts, and managing construction disbursements. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for ensuring adherence to funding stipulations and for organizing financial documentation necessary for yearly audits and tax filings.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience. Alternatively, an Associate’s degree coupled with four years of experience will be considered. A solid understanding of GAAP, government finance principles, and the capability to assess complex real estate development transactions are essential for success in this role.
