Job description
The Receiving Team Leader is responsible for managing the effective functioning of the receiving department, which encompasses freight processing, inventory oversight, and handling of damaged items. This position also includes supervising team members and taking on the Manager on Duty role to guarantee seamless store operations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months of experience in a medium to large retail setting. The job demands physical endurance to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
