The Customer Service Specialist is tasked with supporting both wholesale and retail clientele by providing product recommendations and addressing concerns to guarantee a positive experience. This role also includes upholding store standards, reaching sales targets, and overseeing daily operational tasks. Candidates should be at least 18 years of age, authorized for employment in the U.S., and proficient in both English and Spanish. Additionally, applicants are required to hold a valid driver’s license and must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
