**Job Title: Receiving Team Leader**
The Receiving Team Leader is responsible for managing the smooth functioning of the receiving department, which encompasses overseeing freight movement, inventory control, and handling damaged items. This position involves leading fellow team members, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and serving as the Manager on Duty when necessary. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a mid- to large-scale retail environment. The role demands physical endurance to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and adaptability to work during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
