**Retail Store Manager**
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for guiding the store team to achieve or surpass sales targets, while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing the store’s operations, overseeing inventory control, training staff, and executing company initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess previous experience in wireless sales and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift weights of up to 25 lbs, and maintain full-time availability of 45 hours each week.
