Job description
**Receiving Team Leader**
The Receiving Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the receiving department, which encompasses hauling freight, managing inventory, and handling damaged merchandise. This position also involves supervising team members, supporting merchandising efforts, and stepping in as the Manager on Duty for store activities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail setting, specifically within mid- to large-scale operations. The job demands physical endurance to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
