**Warehouse Supervisor**
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for guiding, mentoring, and nurturing a team of associates to achieve efficient, safe, and precise warehouse operations. This role entails organizing daily staffing needs, overseeing system transactions, and upholding exceptional standards of productivity and safety within the dock area. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a dynamic distribution or logistics setting. Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and excellent communication abilities are essential for successfully leading teams and managing operational processes.
