Job description
The Service Manager will take charge of the local service team, implementing operational protocols and promoting ongoing enhancements. This role requires effective resource management to provide exceptional customer service while cultivating a cooperative team atmosphere. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a service environment, including supervisory roles and experience as a Service Technician. A high school diploma is mandatory, with an associate degree being advantageous. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and meet the criteria for a CDL.
