**Receiving Team Leader**
The Receiving Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the receiving department, which encompasses managing freight movement, maintaining back stock, and handling damaged items. This role involves supervising team members, guaranteeing precise merchandise processing, and stepping in as the Manager on Duty when necessary. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a mid- to large-scale retail environment. The position demands physical endurance to lift weights up to 50 pounds, as well as the availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
