Job description
**Market Fulfillment Lead**
The Market Fulfillment Lead partners with various stakeholders to assess operational metrics and drive enhancements in store fulfillment and driver experiences. This role involves overseeing business projects, evaluating team performance, and facilitating the successful integration of digital initiatives within retail operations. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field, along with 2 years of experience in retail operations, or possess 5 years of retail operations experience in lieu of a degree. A valid driver’s license issued by the state is also mandatory for this position.
