Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated Receptionist for our new Parkway Kia dealership in Rosharon, Texas. This full-time position is crucial as it involves welcoming customers, effectively managing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
- Route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department quickly and efficiently.
- Operate the dealership paging system to call staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or reception is preferred.
