Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles. This encompasses activities such as identifying potential candidates, evaluating applications, and facilitating interview schedules. Additionally, the Recruiter ensures that applicant information is meticulously recorded within the tracking system and aids in the onboarding process for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions in clinical and non-clinical sectors.
- Source and screen applicants to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential hires.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support candidates through the pre-employment onboarding procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in the healthcare, public health, or nonprofit sectors is highly desirable.
