Job description
**Referral Coordinator**
The Referral Coordinator is responsible for reaching out to hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to obtain patient referrals for both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. Additionally, this role involves creating and facilitating educational in-services that establish the organization as an industry leader while uncovering new business prospects. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate excellent engagement, communication, and organizational capabilities. This position necessitates the ability to work autonomously in the field and foster professional relationships with referral partners.
