Job Summary
This position is aimed at delivering clinical leadership, expert consultation, and operational guidance to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities within designated regions. The focus is on enhancing quality care outcomes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and mentoring clinical leadership teams to foster uniform resident care across facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and operational support to nursing and assisted living communities.
- Promote high-quality care outcomes and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor clinical leadership teams to ensure consistent care for residents.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving clinical practices and resident satisfaction.
- Contribute to the overall clinical strategy within the assigned regions.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in long-term care or senior living environments.
- Must reside in the state of Minnesota.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the nation as required by the role.
