**Job Title: Regional Lead Field Service Engineer**
The Regional Lead Field Service Engineer is responsible for conducting advanced maintenance on robotic manufacturing systems and spearheading the resolution of intricate, high-stakes service challenges. This role includes providing technical guidance, mentoring field service engineers, and guaranteeing uniform service quality throughout their designated region. Ideal candidates should possess over 5 years of practical field service experience in industrial robotics or automation technology. Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems is essential, as well as the willingness to travel around 50% of the time.
