Job Summary
The Regional Manager is tasked with directing the operational, financial, and cultural aspects of designated branches, specifically focusing on mitigation, environmental, and reconstruction services. This role plays a vital part in fostering revenue growth, maintaining profit and loss accountability, and upholding superior safety and customer service standards throughout all operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall performance of assigned branches in the areas of operations, finance, and culture.
- Drive initiatives for revenue enhancement and manage profit and loss responsibilities.
- Ensure the implementation of high safety standards and exceptional customer service across all projects.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or construction management is required.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in the restoration or construction sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing profit and loss while leading teams to achieve operational goals.
