Job Summary
The Regional Manager is responsible for the management of daily operations and oversight of staff within the region, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients. This role provides specialized vascular access services, catering to the needs of both the staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations within the region.
- Manage and mentor regional staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct bedside catheter insertions as needed.
- Facilitate training programs for staff on vascular access procedures.
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize service coverage.
- Ensure adherence to company policies as well as state regulations.
Qualifications
- Active RN license with required certifications in ACLS and BCLS.
- Preferred two years of experience in a critical care setting.
- Desirable one year of specialized experience in vascular access, particularly in PICC insertion.
