Job Summary
The Regional Project & Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the reliability of equipment, executing maintenance strategies, and overseeing the delivery of capital projects across various facilities. This position requires active leadership and the implementation of preventive maintenance initiatives while working closely with site teams to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or project management within a manufacturing setting.
- Preferred educational background includes a technical degree, skilled-trades certification, or engineering degree.
- Strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
