Lead, coach, and develop onsite teams while managing property budgets, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction. Requires at least 5 years of experience in property management, sales, or customer service with a proven track record of leading large teams. Candidates must possess strong financial acumen and the ability to maintain a consistent onsite presence at multiple locations.
