**Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician**

The Registered Behavior Technician plays a crucial role in executing behavior support strategies and facilitating skill-development programs for individuals with disabilities. This position involves gathering observational data, aiding in therapeutic assessments, and offering guidance and feedback to caregivers, all under the oversight of a BCBA. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., along with a minimum of one year of experience in working with individuals facing developmental disabilities or mental health challenges. Furthermore, candidates must have successfully completed a 40-hour training course and currently hold or be pursuing RBT registration.
