Job description
The Research Program Assistant plays a vital role in advancing early childhood workforce initiatives by handling various administrative duties, including data entry and managing participant intake procedures. They are responsible for conducting both cognitive and social assessments, carrying out observational evaluations in educational settings, and helping with the recruitment of research participants. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Development, Biology, or a related discipline is necessary, with a Master’s degree being advantageous. Applicants should demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities and be willing to travel within Texas as required for project activities.
