Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse will oversee a group of patients undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis, delivering clinical care and educating them for self-managed home dialysis. Key duties involve performing home visits, tracking treatment advancements, and working alongside interdisciplinary teams to secure optimal health outcomes. Applicants must have an active RN license in the respective state and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation. An Associate degree in Nursing is mandatory, whereas a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is desirable, in addition to pertinent experience in dialysis.
