Job description

### Job Title: Behavior Interventionist

In this role, you will develop and execute tailored behavior intervention strategies for children diagnosed with autism, working closely with a BCBA. Your responsibilities will include teaching essential skills in communication, social interactions, and daily living while effectively addressing challenging behaviors. To qualify, candidates should be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, applicants must be prepared to obtain RBT certification, successfully complete a background check, and be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
