Job description
**Job Title: Technical Manager, Biologics Process Development**
In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of process development and production of biologics at contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs). Your responsibilities will include managing technical transfers, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and preparing regulatory documentation to facilitate the timely provision of clinical trial materials. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a pertinent scientific field, with a preference for candidates holding a PhD, alongside a minimum of 8 years of experience in the industry. A robust understanding of cGMP standards, regulatory requirements, and experience in overseeing third-party manufacturing partnerships are essential.
