Job description
The Patient Care Coordinator acts as the main point of contact for patients, overseeing the daily appointment schedule and coordinating various treatment services. Their duties include welcoming patients, carrying out consultations, and ensuring the accuracy of patient records and financial dealings. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or a healthcare environment. Proficiency in dental practice management software, along with excellent communication skills, is essential.
