Job description

As a Behavior Technician, you will engage directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA. Your responsibilities will involve fostering communication and social skills development while applying research-supported methods to mitigate challenging behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with the capacity to successfully complete a background clearance. Additionally, candidates must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and be prepared to pursue RBT certification, along with CPR and First Aid certifications.
