Job description
In this position, you will engage directly with children with autism, executing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Your responsibilities will include teaching skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living, utilizing evidence-based methods to mitigate disruptive behaviors. Applicants should be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a strong desire to assist children with autism. Additionally, you must successfully clear a background check and fulfill physical demands, which include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
