Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering both direct and indirect patient care, working towards coordinated care plans that guarantee safe and high-quality outcomes, whether in acute or non-acute environments. This position emphasizes effective patient monitoring, treatment administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide tailored care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in a professional manner.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and health status regularly.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Must possess an Associate Degree in Nursing or a higher-level nursing qualification.
- Must hold a valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Additional certifications, such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), may be required depending on the designated unit.
