**Job Title: Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse delivers patient-focused, evidence-informed nursing care and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. This role involves evaluating patient requirements, creating individualized care plans, and executing clinical procedures while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Applicants are required to have a valid Wisconsin RN license and possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or agree to obtain one within a five-year period. Furthermore, relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP are necessary based on the specific department assignment.
