Applicants should be registered nurses with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in the home health sector, along with a robust knowledge of Medicare guidelines and OASIS processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities are essential, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
