Job description
**Job Title: Clinical Director**
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical operations to guarantee high-quality patient care while adhering to both state and federal regulations in a home health environment. This role includes managing the nursing division, providing mentorship to staff, and enhancing organizational efficacy through strategic initiatives and the monitoring of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs. Applicants should be registered nurses with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in the home health sector, along with a robust knowledge of Medicare guidelines and OASIS processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities are essential, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
