The Registered Nurse is responsible for executing customized care strategies and delivering exceptional clinical oversight in the Critical Care Unit. This role involves acting as a communication bridge among patients, families, and the healthcare team, while also facilitating discharge and transition processes. Applicants must possess an active Registered Nurse license issued by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state. Furthermore, securing Advanced Life Support and BLS Provider certifications within designated timelines post-hire is mandatory.
