Job description
**Patient Care Manager**
The Patient Care Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical activities and leading the nursing and direct care personnel within the inpatient hospice facility. This role involves maintaining elevated standards of patient-focused care, adhering to regulatory requirements, and fostering collaboration among the interdisciplinary team. Applicants are required to possess an active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license and should have a minimum of three years of nursing experience. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as well as previous supervisory experience in hospice or palliative care is highly desirable.
