Job description
**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse will conduct home health visits to deliver individualized patient care, which encompasses administering medications, managing wounds, and performing client evaluations. This role includes adhering to established care plans, accurately documenting observations, and communicating with the Clinical or Client Services Manager about any changes in patient conditions. Applicants must possess an active Registered Nurse license in Maryland and have a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience. Additionally, candidates should be skilled in using electronic medical records and have the ability to travel independently to patients’ residences.
