Job description
The CLS/MLT will be responsible for conducting diagnostic laboratory tests across various disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, and microbiology, while ensuring equipment functionality and adherence to quality control protocols. This role involves the collection and processing of patient specimens as well as the accurate documentation of results to facilitate prompt patient care. Applicants should possess an associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and have a current ASCP, AMT, or similar certification. Additionally, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospital laboratory environment and a valid BLS certification are mandatory.
