Job description
The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care based on evidence and oversee patient treatment plans in a hospital-at-home environment. Key responsibilities involve administering medications, conducting point-of-care electronic documentation, and facilitating patient discharge to promote a seamless continuity of care. Applicants must have a valid New Jersey Nursing license and a minimum of one year of experience in med/surg or telemetry. Additionally, BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required within 60 days of employment.
